Meet Our Team
Mike Kittelson
Bringing over 25 years of recruiting experience to the construction and real estate industries, Mike has successfully completed thousands of searches throughout the United States. He has completed assignments ranging from mid- management to the highest executive levels. Previous to founding Trinity Search Group in 2010, Mike was a Partner and Practice Leader for 15 years with one of the largest search firms in Dallas. He is proud to have worked with the majority of his clients for well over 20 years and is committed to helping them achieve excellence with every hire.
Krista Kittelson
Krista Kittelson has worked in the professional staffing industry since 1998 and has built her career serving the construction and real estate markets. Her clients include general contractors, specialty contractors and real estate developers across the United States. She and her team have completed hundreds of search assignments ranging from field personnel to executive level professionals. She is blessed to have worked with the majority of her clients for over a decade and prides herself on being considered their partner and team member. Her business philosophy has always been to do what is in the best interest of her clients and candidates and always acting with the utmost integrity.
Dylan Whitaker
Dylan Whitaker brings over 15 years construction and real estate search experience. His primary focus is the Texas market, but is capable of handling any nationwide searches as he has done many of those in his career. Dylan has a fantastic reputation locally with both his clients and candidates. Dylan joined Trinity Search Group bringing not only his expertise, but also brings his high energy, and positive attitude to everything he touches. We are a better company having Dylan on our team. His “ How can I help” approach builds long term relationships and that’s what this is all about.
Peggy Garrett
Peggy joined Trinity Search Group in 2014 and is the company researcher, but also doubles as the company “mom”. Peggy is excellent at digging into companies and finding those quality and hard to find candidates. She brings much needed life wisdom and humor to Trinity and we are happy to have her on the team.
